Job Description

We're looking for someone who thrives on organization, accountability, communication, and problem-solving. This is not an entry-level administrative position. Our Project Managers coordinate roofing and solar projects from first notice through completion. They work closely with crews, customers, subcontractors, inspectors, vendors, and solar partners to ensure projects move forward on time and with a high level of quality. The right candidate is calm under pressure, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple moving parts without letting important details fall through the cracks. Responsibilities Manage projects from start to finish Coordinate schedules, permits, inspections, and documentation Communicate with crews throughout active projects Work directly with solar partners, customers, and vendors Resolve field issues and project obstacles Maintain accurate project records in Monday.com Track project milestones and closeout requirements Manage change orders and scope adjustments Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards Identify potential issues before they become problems Preferred Experience Construction project management Roofing industry experience Solar industry experience Permit and inspection coordination Monday.com or similar project management software Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus What Success Looks Like Projects are organized and documented properly Crews have the information they need Customers are informed and supported Problems are identified early Jobs close out efficiently Team members trust your communication and follow-through What We're Looking For Strong work ethic High level of personal accountability Excellent communication skills Problem-solving mindset Ability to prioritize under pressure Desire to continuously improve processes Team-first attitude This position has significant growth potential for the right person.

Pay:
