Job Description:
Frazier Industrial Company, the Material Handling Industry Leader in structural steel storage racking and ASRS structural buildings is seeking a full-time Project Manager/Coordinator. This position, located in Long Valley, NJ, will coordinate all aspects of assigned projects to ensure all deliverables are executed to the terms of the orders. The Project Manager/Coordinator will compile project status reports, coordinate project schedules and will be the primary point of contact with the customer. Responsibilities include; project scope definition, monitoring of engineering and manufacturing schedules, coordination of third-party purchases and the coordination of material deliveries to project sites. The position is available to recent graduates and candidates with up to 5 years' experience in construction, project management, project engineering or project coordination in building or related field. Material handling experience is a plus. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, structural engineering or construction management is preferred. Must have exceptional communication skills, a sociable demeanor, and the ability to read drawings and troubleshoot technical issues.
