We are expanding our Engineering Department and are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support our Project Management team in delivering high-quality construction projects. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in project management methodologies and a passion for teamwork, organization, and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project team members to identify and resolve issues efficiently Support the submission of project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards Assist in preparing bid packages and managing procurement processes Contribute to BOM and labor budgets, and help compile pre-job packages Participate in site meetings and assist with field measurements
Requirements/Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction industry Solid understanding of project management methodologies Proven ability to manage budgets and meet project deadlines Proficient in reading and interpreting shop drawings and architectural plans Experience with
AutoCAD and Bluebeam Desired Characteristics:
Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence Ability to maintain an organized work environment Flexible, adaptable, and a reliable team player
