In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively. You bring strong project management fundamentals, and will work closely with internal stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes. You will report to the VP, Projects and Operations.
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute marketing projects and campaigns across cross-functional teams Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule Track project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies Coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth workflow and alignment across teams Maintain project documentation, timelines, and status reports Facilitate internal meetings, including status updates, kickoffs, and checkpoints Ensure adherence to established processes and workflows Assist in monitoring project budgets, burn rates, and forecasts Track scope changes and support budget alignment with project requirements Flag risks to budget or timeline early and escalate as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in communications, business, project management, or a related field with 2-4 years of experience in project management, preferably within a marketing, healthcare, or pharmaceutical environment Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Solid communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with project management tools and systems (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, etc.) Basic understanding of medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) processes is a plus Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow Interested in working with us?
