Job Description

The Opportunity We are a fast-growing residential painting company looking for a high-output Project Manager to take ownership of production and help scale the business. This is not a "sit behind a desk and send emails" role. You will be responsible for turning sold work into: Completed projects Strong margins Happy customers who refer and return If you can handle volume, move fast, and stay organized under pressure, this role has real earning potential . What You'll Be Responsible For Managing multiple painting projects at once (start to finish) Coordinating crews, materials, and schedules Ensuring jobs are completed on time and at high quality Maintaining strong gross profit margins Communicating clearly with customers throughout the project Solving problems quickly without constant oversight
Performance Expectations Minimum:
$30,000/week in completed work
Target:
$40,000-$50,000+/week Fast-paced environment with multiple active projects at all times Compensation Top performers will earn $85,000-$124,000+
Structure:
