Job Description:
Responsibilities include: Process and manage certified payroll for projects (up to ~50 employees) using tools such as Points North, LCP Tracker, and SAP Support billing operations, including: Assisting with submission of billing requests Following up on ESM tickets Coordinating with the Business Service Center (BSC) Assist with permit tracking and coordination to ensure compliance with project timelines Maintain and organize all project documentation
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or construction support Experience with certified payroll processing and compliance documentation (strongly preferred) Familiarity with Points North, LCP Tracker, SAP, or similar systems Understanding of construction workflows, documentation, and permitting processes Experience supporting billing cycles, invoicing, or financial coordination
Compensation:
$30/hr to $35/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.
