Main Responsibilities:

Development of project approval presentations and participation in leadership governance reviews Supporting the Innovation PMs with project meeting follow-ups, interfacing daily with global cross functional subject matter experts Developing end to end project timelines in Monday.com utilizing cross functional input Updating new product project status in IRIS (our global innovation software) Publishing clear and timely meeting agendas, notes and follow-ups utilizing Monday and other AI enabling tools

About You:

BS degree in Science, Business or Project Management Strong communication skills; the role will coordinate project activities with Scientists, Engineers, Marketing and Sales. Ability to multi-task and handle several projects at one time Self-directed, curious and driven to improve innovation processes Strong Excel skills, working knowledge of Monday.com, Power BI experience This is more than the next step in your career, it's a chance to lead change and help reinvent self-care for the world. North America Applicants Only The salary range for this position is: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 All Compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience.
