Months Job Description:

This role will directly support the Portfolio Lead/Chief of Staff function aligned to the AVP across multiple Product Groups. The primary function of this role is to provide operational financial, reporting, and organization support to enable efficient portfolio management and governance across the CRMA vertical. The Ideal candidate is highly organized, detailed oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment supporting senior leadership and cross functional teams. Nested formulas Financial tracking Data analysis Forecasting Advanced PowerPoint skills Executive presentations Reporting Decks Data visualization Experience using JIRA Confluence Agile methodologies Experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards Strong organizational skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with strong attention to details

Preferred:

Experience in a PM/PMO role Financial Services/Banking/Analytics preferred Familiarity with Agile Product Delivery Experience in a matrixed organization Self-starter with strong ownership mentality and ability to work independently
