Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Management and Office Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our team. This position will be instrumental in providing comprehensive project and office support, including sample management, logistics coordination, administrative tasks, project reviews, and purchasing. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, project management support, or a similar role. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred. Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with experience in project management tools (e.g., Monday, MS Project, etc.) being a plus. Experience in logistics, purchasing, or supply chain management is preferred. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to collaborate with diverse teams and external vendors. Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
