Russell Tobin & Associates is hiring an Automation & Data Analytics Project Manager to support Wealth Management Operations (TEMCO). ???? Jersey City, NJ or New York, NY (1 NY Plaza) ???? Hybrid:
3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote ???? $55/hour ???? 12-Month Contract ? Temp-to-Perm Opportunity Overview This is a high-impact opportunity to sit at the intersection of automation, data analytics, and financial operations . In this role, you'll work closely with both business and technology teams to identify inefficiencies, build automation solutions, and drive meaningful improvements across Wealth Management Operations. This is not a pure consulting role - the hiring manager is specifically looking for someone with a strong technical background in building automation solutions and working hands-on with data. What You'll Be Doing Identify and assess automation opportunities across operational workflows Design, build, test, and deploy solutions using UiPath, Power Automate, Alteryx , and scripting languages (Python, SQL, VBA) Translate business requirements into scalable and resilient automation solutions Partner with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and rollout of new processes Support UAT, production implementation, and ongoing enhancements Monitor automations, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in automation, data analytics, or similar roles Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (required) Strong hands-on experience with RPA tools and automation platforms Proficiency in Python, SQL, VBA , or similar scripting languages Strong data fluency and ability to analyze complex workflows Experience within financial services operations (Wealth Management preferred) Ability to manage projects end-to-end and work cross-functionally Nice to Have Certifications in UiPath, Power Automate, or other automation tools Prior consulting experience (helpful, but not the focus) Why This Role Stands Out You'll play a direct role in transforming how the business operates , building automation solutions that reduce risk, increase efficiency, and drive scalability.
