Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage large-scale projects from initiation through completion. Manage projects from business case-to-implementation.
Project Management includes:
project planning, project execution and control budget management, resource allocation, kick off meetings, communication, risk analysis, quality assurance, team and vendor management, and project implementation. Plan, execute, and deliver integration projects using the MuleSoft Platform. Work closely with MuleSoft architects and developers. Monitor API development and deployment lifecycle Develop project plans/scope/schedule and track progress, milestones, and deliverables. Develop and track metrics and reports. Perform actual vs. planned analysis at the project level and forecast cost of the project. Submit weekly status reports with ETC, EAC, SPI, and CPI data. Facilitate and attend meetings with various technical and non-technical resources to capture project requirements, identify project milestones, communicate project timelines, track action items, and monitor project status. Identify and manage project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies
Required Skills:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in large-scale IT Project/Program Management environment A dynamic manager with a strong track record of delivering complex projects. Must have experience managing multiple projects. Must have good understanding of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, APIs (REST/SOAP), and Integration patterns Must have knowledge of
JSON, XML
; and must be familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) Must have experience managing projects using metrics such as ETC, EAC, SPI, and CPI. Must have hands-on experience developing resource loaded schedules. Must have experience managing budget/cost of the project and projecting monthly forecasts. Ability to manage multiple high visibility projects simultaneously Ability to manage multiple projects with internal resources and external vendors Must have good experience identifying and managing risks Expert understanding of the Program Management processes and methodologies Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
