Job Description:

Overview We are seeking a Telecommunications Project Manager to lead fiber-based infrastructure projects from initiation through completion. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting client and organizational expectations. Responsibilitie sDefine project objectives by collaborating with stakeholders to understand business and client goal sDevelop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocatio nManage all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to established processes and quality standard sCoordinate project schedules and lead regular project meetings to track progress and address issue sPartner with project coordinators to drive execution, maintain momentum, and provide timely update sSelect, lead, and support cross-functional project team sNegotiate with contractors and vendors for materials and service sMonitor project performance, ensuring milestones are completed on time and within budge tIdentify, assess, and mitigate risks to prevent delays or cost overrun sResolve technical and operational issues as they aris eEnsure all project phases are thoroughly documented and compliant with internal standard sProvide regular status updates and reporting to senior leadership and client s Required Qualificatio nsExperience managing telecommunications or fiber construction projec tsStrong understanding of fiber design and deployment process esProven ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and resourc esExperience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and tea msStrong problem-solving and risk management skil lsExcellent communication and organizational skil ls Preferred Qualificati onsExperience with P2 (or similar project tracking/design too ls)Prior experience working with fiber construction firms or telecom infrastructure provid ers
