Job Overview:
LG&P is seeking a goal-oriented problem solver with a strong work ethic and a positive can-do attitude to join our team in NJ, supporting one of our top customer teams. This position is perfectly suited for an individual who is detail-oriented, a great team player and has an interest in marketing at retail.
Specific skill requirements include:
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact with associates, management and vendors. Reports directly to the
Senior Project Manager or Business Unit Director Key Responsibilities:
Support Project Management administrative activities as requested. Examples of such tasks could include the following: Assisting Project Managers in the daily project tasks and/or larger-scale special projects as assigned Completing internal paperwork and administrative tasks required to keep projects moving Overseeing the administration of distribution and installation of large-scale execution, including receiving estimates from vendors, coordinating with retailers and/or customers Has the ability to engage in person with offsite vendors (must have a valid Driver's License, having a vehicle is preferred, but not necessary) Follow up with internal team members and vendors on various project tasks and deliverables. Spell checking and reviewing instruction sheets, presentations to customers etc. for accuracy.
Skills Required:
1-3 years of experience in the workforce Strong written and verbal communication skills Very proficient in Microsoft Office suite Familiarity with Microsoft Project would be an asset Familiarity with Google suite of products is preferred
