Project Coordinator

Description Our client is seeking a junior-level IT Finance / Contracts Coordinator to work onsite in Paulsboro, NJ, supporting the IT organization for multiple refinery locations. This role will work closely with the current manager and is designed as a succession opportunity. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career with a finance or business background , hands-on SAP experience, and a desire to build a long-term career in operations or IT financial coordination. Key Responsibilities

• Work side-by-side with the current IT Finance Manager to support day-to-day operations
• Create, review, and manage Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP
• Support contract administration, invoicing, and financial tracking for IT and some corporate functions
• Obtain and review vendor quotes, route for approvals, and convert approved quotes into POs
• Assist with invoice processing and reconciliation
• Provide clerical and financial coordination support for IT teams supporting four refineries (NJ, DE, OH, LA)
• Learn internal processes with the intent to take on increased responsibility over time Additional Details

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Paulsboro, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
