ERP Implementation Coordinator

About Us Snack Innovations Inc. is a fast-growing CPG company behind the Drizzilicious brand, selling across major retailers. As we continue to scale, we are implementing Odoo as our new ERP to streamline operations across inventory, order management, finance, and logistics. Position Overview This role is responsible for supporting and driving the day-to-day execution of our Odoo ERP implementation. You will work directly with Odoo's implementation team and internal IT Team to ensure tasks are completed, timelines are met, and the system is configured properly for our business. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including planning, configuration, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions aligned with our business goals. Troubleshoot technical issues related to data accuracy, system design, or network connectivity to minimize downtime. Document, present, and explain project progress and system configurations thoroughly to facilitate ongoing maintenance and future upgrades. • Act as an internal point of contact for Odoo implementation activities Manage and track implementation tasks, timelines, and deliverables in a way that is easy to present to leadership and all relevant parties Assist in data preparation and system setup Ensure smooth transition from current ERP to Odoo Experience Bachelor's degree preferred 1-3 years experience in operations or project coordination Strong organizational skills Proven experience in IT systems or system administration with a focus on ERP solutions or large-scale enterprise systems. Ability to work effectively alone and with a team while managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
