Job Description

Optimize Workplace Strategy & Shape Our Corporate Footprint Are you a tech-savvy facilities professional who bridges the gap between spatial data and real-world project execution? Your Impact and Growth Opportunities:
In this dual-impact role, you will champion our physical space planning and lead the execution framework for office updates and multi-site buildouts. You will drive operational efficiency and workplace innovation by:
Spearheading Space & CAD Projects:
Supporting end-to-end management for renovations, multi-site buildouts, and space updates. You will produce strategic drawings for test fits, occupancy plans, and wayfinding signage while managing universal CAD standards.
Mastering Facilities Data Integrity:
Maintaining spatial and occupancy data within Archibus. You will ensure precise seat assignments, coordinate system licensing (CAD, Archibus, Bluebeam), and oversee plotters and supplies.
Directing Employee Relocations:
Managing employee moves, neighborhood configurations, desk allocations, and desk-booking rules across our digital space platforms.
Deploying Workplace Tech:
Installing, testing, and mapping physical workplace occupancy sensors across workstations, individual-use rooms, and conference spaces.
Driving Quality Assurance:
Conducting space readiness walkthroughs, executing on-site contractor mapping, and resolving construction issues efficiently with vendors.
What You Bring:
Technical Proficiency:
5+ years of proven expertise in AutoCAD and managing space management databases like Archibus or equivalent systems.
Project Acumen:
Demonstrated experience coordinating office renovations, spatial builds, or workspace relocation projects.
Analytical Mindset:
Ability to synthesize access card swipe metrics and data to build accurate utilization and occupancy reports.
Collaboration Skills:
