About the Role When a homeowner experiences a fire, flood, or major disaster, their belongings — their memories — are at risk. We step in to carefully pack, restore, and return those items. As our Lead Contents Technician, you are the face of our team on-site and in the warehouse. You will lead a crew, communicate directly with high-end homeowners during one of the most stressful moments of their lives, and ensure every project is handled with precision and compassion. We're looking for someone who: Leads with empathy — homeowners are in crisis; you make them feel heard and cared for Communicates clearly and confidently in English and Spanish Stays organized when juggling multiple tasks and shifting priorities Makes decisions without needing to be micromanaged Takes ownership of their team, their jobsite, and their results Shows up, works hard, and holds a high standard for themselves Has a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation Can safely lift 50-75 lbs and is comfortable working in varied environments What You'll Do Day-to-Day Lead your crew through pack-out, restorative cleaning, storage, and pack-back of homeowner contents Communicate professionally with homeowners, insurance carriers, and vendors Inventory and document contents using iCat software with accuracy and care Train and mentor crew members and warehouse staff Operate box trucks, forklifts, and specialized cleaning equipment safely Complete all project paperwork accurately and on time Troubleshoot salvageability questions and resolve client concerns on the spot Maintain a clean, safe jobsite and warehouse environment Respond to occasional after-hours emergency calls when homeowners need us most Benefits 6 paid holidays per year (New Year's, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas) 5-10 days PTO per year, accrued after 30 days 1 unpaid flex day per year for your birthday Healthcare reimbursement for qualifying expenses $30/month smartphone reimbursement 1.5x overtime rate for emergency work exceeding 40 hours Paid training and certification opportunities Requirements Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record Reliable transportation to and from our facility No felony convictions for criminal or violent crimes within the last 10 years Ability and willingness to occasionally respond to after-hours emergency calls If you're ready to lead a team, grow your career, and make a real difference for families in their hardest moments — apply now.
