About the Role When a homeowner experiences a fire, flood, or major disaster, their belongings — their memories — are at risk. We step in to carefully pack, restore, and return those items. As our Lead Contents Technician, you are the face of our team on-site and in the warehouse. You will lead a crew, communicate directly with high-end homeowners during one of the most stressful moments of their lives, and ensure every project is handled with precision and compassion.
