$7,380 / monthJob OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior AV Project Manager to lead enterprise-level Audio/Visual (AV) system design, consulting, and project execution.

This role requires a technically strong professional who can bridge business needs with AV technology solutions, manage projects from planning to completion, and provide hands-on support during system deployment.

The ideal candidate will have experience designing enterprise video conferencing systems, managing AV integrations, and working directly with clients and cross-functional technical teams.

Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesClient & Business EngagementAct as the primary AV subject matter expert (SME) for clients and internal teamsConduct needs assessments and recommend scalable AV solutionsPresent AV technologies including video conferencing and collaboration platformsTranslate business requirements into technical system designsMaintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and integration partnersAV System Design & EngineeringDesign and engineer enterprise AV systems including:

Video conferencing rooms (Huddle, Conference, Boardroom, Training Rooms)Collaboration spaces and multi-purpose environmentsDigital signage and integrated AV systemsExperience with:

Cisco video conferencing solutions (Room Series, Codec platforms)Poly collaboration systemsCisco WebexMicrosoft TeamsZoomAdditional responsibilities include:

Signal flow designNetwork integrationDSP configuration conceptsControl systems integrationProject Management & LeadershipLead AV projects from concept through completionManage internal technicians and external integration partnersDevelop project timelines, milestones, and resource plansCoordinate with IT, networking, facilities, and construction teamsEnsure projects are delivered on time and within scope and budgetIdentify and mitigate technical and operational risksBoM & Commercial ReviewDevelop detailed Bills of Materials (BoM) for AV systemsValidate vendor quotations and equipment compatibilityEnsure alignment with project scope and budgetSupport procurement and cost optimization strategiesDocumentation & ReportingDefine project scope clearly for clients and integration teamsProduce technical documentation and system diagramsPrepare completion reports including:

As-built documentationEquipment listsTest resultsClient sign-off documentationInstallation Oversight & Technical SupportOversee AV installation and commissioningSupport system testing and user acceptanceTroubleshoot video conferencing and AV integration issuesProvide end-user training and executive-level support QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree in Network, Telecommunications, Audio/Visual, or related fieldExperience7+ years of AV system design, integration, or project management experience preferredExperience managing enterprise AV deploymentsStrong understanding of IP-based AV and networking fundamentalsExperience working with unified communication platformsSkillsStrong communication skills with executives and technical teamsAbility to lead cross-functional teamsStrong documentation and reporting capabilitiesDetail-oriented with strong decision-making abilityAbility to work in fast-paced environmentsAdditional RequirementsTravel up to 50%Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Preferred QualificationsKorean / English bilingualExperience with enterprise AV environmentsPreferred Certifications
