This role coordinates drawing reviews, procurement activities, production releases, logistics, client communications, field measurements, delivery scheduling, and project closeout documentation. The Project Executive serves as the primary liaison between internal departments, clients, installers, vendors, and manufacturing partners to ensure projects are completed accurately, on schedule, and in accordance with company procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Drawing Coordination and Review Request shop drawings from the corporate office and coordinate the review process. Complete and maintain Shop Drawing Review Checklists. Verify drawing accuracy, specifications, dimensions, and project requirements. Submit shop drawings to clients for review and approval. Manage client revisions and coordinate updates with the design and production teams. Produce production drawings upon shop drawing approval. Coordinate and verify production drawing accuracy. Complete Production Drawing Checklists and maintain documentation within the Current Job Folder. Procurement and Production Release Create purchase orders and submit them to the appropriate recommendation and submittal folders. Order all required non-cabinet and non-countertop components, including but not limited to pulls, sinks, legs, accessories, and specialty items. Coordinate project release documentation and distribute approved purchase order packages to designated team members. Logistics and Scheduling Request and confirm container schedules with suppliers and manufacturers. Monitor container shipments and track arrival schedules. Coordinate order-entry information with internal departments following project release. Schedule onsite deliveries with clients and ensure delivery requirements are communicated to all parties. Field Coordination Coordinate field measurements with project stakeholders and clients. Verify measurement requirements are completed accurately and within project timelines. Maintain communication between clients, project teams, and field personnel throughout the project lifecycle. Project Management and Client Support Provide monthly onsite progress updates for project billing and AIA reporting requirements. Manage onsite punch-list items in accordance with company standard operating procedures. Coordinate and process project change orders with clients, installers, sales representatives, and internal teams. Proactively identify project issues and facilitate timely resolution. Project Closeout Prepare and distribute closeout documentation upon client request. Ensure all project records are complete and properly filed. Support successful project completion and client satisfaction. Required Skills and Qualifications Strong project coordination and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, project tracking systems, and document management software. Ability to read and interpret architectural, shop, and production drawings. Strong problem-solving and customer service skills. Ability to work collaboratively with clients, vendors, installers, and internal departments. Preferred Qualifications Experience in cabinetry, millwork, construction, interior construction, manufacturing, or project management environments. Knowledge of shop drawing review processes and production documentation. Familiarity with procurement, logistics coordination, and project closeout procedures. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Accuracy and timeliness of drawing reviews and production documentation. On-time completion of project milestones and deliverables. Procurement and scheduling accuracy. Timely resolution of punch-list items and change orders. Client satisfaction and communication effectiveness. Compliance with company procedures and documentation standards. Work Environment This position requires regular interaction with clients, vendors, installers, manufacturing partners, and internal departments. The role involves both office-based project coordination and occasional field coordination activities.
Pay:
