Job Description
Senior Project Manager - New Jersey We are a well-established construction company delivering a wide range of commercial projects across New Jersey, and we are looking to add an experienced Senior Project Manager to our team. In this role, you will take ownership of multiple projects from preconstruction through close-out, working across sectors including retail, industrial, warehouse developments, and tenant fit-outs. This is a key position within our business, offering the opportunity to lead projects and drive successful delivery across all phases. Key Responsibilities Lead multiple projects from preconstruction through completion Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and overall project performance Coordinate closely with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams Ensure all projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget Support, mentor, and guide project teams to maintain high standards and performance Requirements Proven experience managing mid- to large-scale commercial construction projects Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities Based in New Jersey or able to be on-site regularly Ability to work independently and take ownership in a fast-paced environment
