Compensation:
$70,000.00 to $90,000.00 Summary Newland Capital Group (NCG) is a rapidly growing industrial real estate acquisition and development company headquartered in New York and with operations in Southern California, Nevada, New Jersey, Georgia, South Carolina, and Pennsylvania. For more information, please visit https://www.newlandcapitalgroup.com/ We are seeking a high-performing Assistant Project Manager to report directly to the Managing Director of Development and collaborate with other team members as needed. In this role, the Assistant Project Manager will support the Project Team in planning, directing, and coordinating day-to-day construction management activities. This position is based in the New York City office and requires travel to project sites. Core Job Responsibilities

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience assisting in the management of construction projects.
  • A.A. or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience, within the construction field, preferred.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask is a must.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, knowledge of ProCore a plus.
  • Prior experience building relationships and collaborating within a team, both internally and external
