Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team within the pharmaceutical sector, focusing on generic pharmaceuticals. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and coordinating complex projects across various stages of the project management lifecycle. Your expertise in program development, process mapping, and risk management will drive efficiency and ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities Lead project planning sessions, requirements gathering, and scope management to define clear objectives and deliverables. Develop detailed project schedules using tools like Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or Smartsheet, ensuring timely execution aligned with organizational goals. Facilitate cross-functional meetings to promote effective communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project progress through earned value management techniques, risk assessments, and scope control to maintain budget and schedule adherence. Coordinate with vendors, IT infrastructure teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project implementation and integration. Utilize project management software such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or Trello for task tracking, documentation, and collaboration. Conduct root cause analysis Communication and invole with Vendors and third party activities Experience Proven experience supervising or managing projects within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry with a focus on generic pharmaceuticals. Demonstrated expertise in program development, process modeling (Visio), requirements analysis, and business process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma. Strong background in project management methodologies; familiarity with project portfolio management tools is preferred. Hands-on experience with project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project; proficiency in data analysis skills for reporting and decision-making. Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent leadership capabilities with a track record of team management, work delegation, and fostering collaborative team environments. Exceptional communication skills to facilitate meetings effectively, negotiate with stakeholders, and produce technical documentation, presentations and reports as needed. $53,643.35 - $64,602.75 per year
