Full time 1. Project Planning & Initiation Support Assist Senior Project Managers in defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria Support preparation of detailed project plans, schedules, and milestone tracking Contribute to effort estimation, task breakdown, and dependency mapping Maintain and update project initiation documents (PID), charter documents, and baseline plans Help identify resource requirements and preliminary project timelines 2. Day-to-Day Project Execution Support Track daily/weekly progress of project activities across multiple workstreams Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks Monitor task ownership, deadlines, and deliverable completion status Ensure smooth coordination between development, QA, business, and vendor teams Assist in removing execution bottlenecks by escalating issues appropriately 3. Stakeholder Management & Communication Act as a coordination bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors Organize and schedule project meetings including kickoff, status, sprint, and review calls Prepare meeting agendas, document minutes (MoM), and track action items regular project updates with internal leadership and external stakeholders Ensure clear, consistent, and timely communication across all project participants 4. Project Tracking, Reporting & MIS Maintain project dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools (Excel, Jira, MS Project, etc.) Prepare weekly, fortnightly, and monthly status reports for management review Track key project KPIs including progress, effort burn, milestones, and delivery timelines Highlight deviations, risks, and slippages proactively Support data collection for executive-level reporting and presentations 5. Risk, Issue & Dependency Management (RAID ) Maintain comprehensive RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) Identify potential risks during execution and escalate in a timely manner Track issue resolution progress and follow up with relevant teams Support mitigation planning in coordination with senior PMs Ensure dependencies between teams are clearly tracked and managed 6. Governance & Compliance Ensure adherence to organizational project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) Maintain proper documentation for all project phases Support internal audits and compliance checks when required Ensure version control and accuracy of all project artifacts Follow governance frameworks defined by PMO or delivery leadership 7. Resource, Vendor & Financial Tracking Support Assist in onboarding, allocation, and tracking of project resources Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for deliverables Track timesheets, effort reporting, and resource utilization Support invoice tracking and basic financial reconciliation (if applicable) Help ensure vendor SLAs are being monitored and met 8. Change & Scope Management Support Assist in tracking change requests and scope modifications Maintain documentation of approved changes and updates to baseline plans Support impact analysis of changes on timelines, cost, and resources Ensure all stakeholders are informed about approved changes 9. Tools & Reporting Systems Work with tools such as: MS Excel (Advanced tracking & reporting) MS Project / Smartsheet (Scheduling) Jira / ServiceNow (Task & issue tracking) PowerPoint (Executive reporting) Maintain structured project documentation repositories
