6 month contract + extensions Job Description Our healthcare client is expanding MyWall, a patient-facing digital platform used on bedside tablets and TVs to improve the inpatient experience. Patients can view their care team, track discharge timelines, order meals, access MyChart, and more-all in one place. They're looking for a Project Coordinator / Analyst to help roll this platform out across additional hospital units. This is a hands-on, highly visible role where you'll work directly with clinical teams, IT, and operations to bring new technology to life inside the hospital.
  • Lead the coordination of MyWall deployments across inpatient units, EDs, and ICUs
  • Work closely with IT teams to ensure devices are ordered, installed, tested, and ready for go-live
  • Manage onsite logistics including deliveries, setup, and rollout timelines
  • Partner with nursing and operations teams to prepare units for launch
  • Train end users and walk teams through how to use MyWall
  • Act as the go-to onsite resource during implementations and troubleshoot issues in real time
  • Track progress, timelines, and risks while keeping stakeholders aligned Required Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, implementation, desktop support, or similar
  • Experience supporting hardware deployments or system rollouts
  • Strong communication skills, especially working with non-technical stakeholders
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Comfortable working onsite across hospital locations throughout the week
  • Bachelor's Degree required $28 to $33 Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
