6 month contract + extensions Job Description Our healthcare client is expanding MyWall, a patient-facing digital platform used on bedside tablets and TVs to improve the inpatient experience. Patients can view their care team, track discharge timelines, order meals, access MyChart, and more-all in one place. They're looking for a Project Coordinator / Analyst to help roll this platform out across additional hospital units. This is a hands-on, highly visible role where you'll work directly with clinical teams, IT, and operations to bring new technology to life inside the hospital.- Lead the coordination of MyWall deployments across inpatient units, EDs, and ICUs
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure devices are ordered, installed, tested, and ready for go-live
- Manage onsite logistics including deliveries, setup, and rollout timelines
- Partner with nursing and operations teams to prepare units for launch
- Train end users and walk teams through how to use MyWall
- Act as the go-to onsite resource during implementations and troubleshoot issues in real time
- Track progress, timelines, and risks while keeping stakeholders aligned Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, implementation, desktop support, or similar
- Experience supporting hardware deployments or system rollouts
- Strong communication skills, especially working with non-technical stakeholders
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Comfortable working onsite across hospital locations throughout the week
- Bachelor's Degree required $28 to $33 Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
