We have a well established 40 year track record of leadership in our field among Architects and General Contractors. We have an immediate opening for an experienced project manager / coordinator, but will train the right candidate. Job Responsibilities Order shop drawings & prepare submittal packages. Visit project sites, make evaluations, and recommendations. Communicate with project architects, general contractors, building owners, etc. Managing projects, ordering equipment and supervising installation Experience 2 year associates construction/technical degree is desirable. Experience with elevators, HVAC, electrical or other construction related trades is a plus. Microsoft Office experience required. AUTOCAD knowledge also a plus. We Offer Full time salaried position. Compensation base salary in the range of $50,000 to $60,000 based upon experience.
