Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced project manager with a strong background in commercial or utility scale solar projects. See below for the responsibilities and requirements for this opportunity.

Manage all phases of solar project development, including planning, execution, and final delivery.

Develop project timelines, budgets, and forecasts for project cost.

Oversee construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of project specifications.

Implement system design strategies that meet client requirements while adhering to industry standardCollaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate project schedules and resources.

Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams.•Education•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Construction Management, or a related field preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., NABCEP) are a plus.5 + years of proven experience in commercial project management.

Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems, utility interconnection processes, and permitting requirements.

Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.

Familiarity with electrical design, codes, and regulations (e.g., NEC, IEC).Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
