Certification Packaging Cleaning Cleaning and sanitation quality assurance Full Job Description At Paul Davis, we help Residential and Commercial Property Owners put their lives together after a traumatic event, such as a fire. As the first major point of contact in assisting a customer's needs; our Contents and Cleaning Manger oversees the collection and safeguarding of a homeowner's/businesses' personal items and personal property.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Inspect and Document New Contents, Packout, and Structure Cleaning Jobs. Deliver inspection documentation to estimator. Support estimator in development of project estimate. Review scope with estimator and provide documentation as needed. Ensure work performed on site or in warehouse is in alignment with estimate. Contact customer to schedule inspections, contents, and cleaning work. Maintain contact with customers to provide job progress updates at regular intervals. Maintain contact with insurance adjusters and reviewers. Respond to all communication within 24 hours. Coordinate with repairs associates on fires to ensure contents and cleaning work is scheduled to meet job progress deadlines. Collect contracts, signatures, and paperwork on each job Assist in collecting on invoiced jobs. Manage technicians assigned to contents tasks. Document daily job progress. Ensure all contents jobs are tracked in contents track. Maintain a thorough knowledge and inventory of all contents in storage at warehouse. Collect payments. Performs additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Highschool Diploma/GED, or combination of experience (with required training) Experience working with contents and safe packaging of items. Able to pass Drug Test, MVR Check, and Background Check. Must maintain working hours consistent with the job requirements. During high volume business activity, job requirements may extend well beyond normal office hours. Possess thorough knowledge of fire/smoke and water damage. Certification in IICRC disciplines preferred (preferred, but not required)
Pay:
$52,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
