This role is perfect for a motivated leader passionate about creating beautiful outdoor spaces and ensuring high-quality service delivery. As a Crew Project Manager, you will coordinate daily operations, supervise crew members, and ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your leadership will inspire teamwork, promote safety protocols, and deliver exceptional results that exceed client expectations. Duties Lead and supervise a team of stucco crew members to execute daily tasks effectively. Plan and organize project schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion. Oversee stucco installation, lawn care, tree care, irrigation systems, and general horticulture activities. Maintain high standards of safety by enforcing safety procedures and conducting regular site inspections. Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and vendors to coordinate project requirements and updates. Manage equipment maintenance, inventory supplies, and ensure all tools are used responsibly. Skills Proven experience in stucco or related outdoor construction projects. Strong supervising experience with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent leadership skills combined with clear communication abilities. Understanding of safety regulations related to outdoor work environments.
