This role combines hands-on supervision with strategic management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will excel in coordinating teams, managing resources, and maintaining safety compliance while fostering a collaborative work environment. Duties Oversee daily operations on job sites, supervising workers to ensure safety, quality, and productivity. Enforce OSHA safety standards and conduct regular safety meetings to promote a safe work environment.
