Essential Duties and Responsibilities The Subcontractor has strong expertise in earned value management (EVM) and change control processes to support complex, high-visibility ND projects. Responsible for helping to ensure earned value management (EVM) and change control processes are performed efficiently and accurately. Implement and manage earned value management (EVM) processes to track project performance against scope, schedule, and cost baselines; Coordinate and facilitate change control processes, ensuring all schedule changes are documented, analyzed, and approved in accordance with project governance; Collaborate with chief scheduling team, project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to integrate schedule data and support risk mitigation strategies; Generate and present schedule and earned value reports to leadership and project teams; Identify impactful schedule and cost variances and recommend corrective actions to maintain project alignment; and Support continuous improvement initiatives in scheduling and project controls methodologies. Education and Licensure Bachelor's degree in engineering, Project Management, Business, and/or related field. (required) Skills, Experience and Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in project scheduling with earned value management and change control; or equivalent combination of education and experience. (required) Proficiency with P6 scheduling software. Strong understanding of earned value management principles and application. Experience managing schedule change control processes in complex projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Ability to analyze complex data and provide clear, actionable recommendations. Due to federal contract security requirements, candidates must be able to successfully pass a federal background investigation to secure and maintain DOE Q security clearance. (required) Due to federal contract security requirements, this position requires U.S. Citizenship. (required) Health & Safety training, medical monitoring, and client-driven drug and background testing. (required) Please note that marijuana remains a Schedule III controlled substance under Federal Law. Federal contractors must follow Federal drug-free workplace rules, which prohibit marijuana use, even if medical or recreational use is permitted under State Law.
