POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Subcontractor has strong expertise in earned value management (EVM) and change control processes to support complex, high-visibility ND projects. Responsible for helping to ensure earned value management (EVM) and change control processes are performed efficiently and accurately. Implement and manage earned value management (EVM) processes to track project performance against scope, schedule, and cost baselines. Coordinate and facilitate change control processes, ensuring all schedule changes are documented, analyzed, and approved in accordance with project governance. Collaborate with chief scheduling team, project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to integrate schedule data and support risk mitigation strategies. Generate and present schedule and earned value reports to leadership and project teams. Identify impactful schedule and cost variances variances and recommend corrective actions to maintain project alignment. Support continuous improvement initiatives in scheduling and project controls methodologies.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, and/or related field. Experience can be considered in lieu of education.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project scheduling with earned value management and change control. Proficiency with P6 scheduling software. Strong understanding of earned value management principles and application. Experience managing schedule change control processes in complex projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Ability to analyze complex data and provide clear, actionable recommendations. Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q clearance. Ability to work in a diverse work environment. Satisfactory results of a pre-employment screening, which includes a background check and drug screening in accordance with Federal requirements (details below), Ability to fulfill and promote L&A core values.
Preferred Qualifications:
Active DOE Q Clearance.
LOCATION
Albuquerque, New Mexico - onsite position. Period of performance - 6/2026 to 6/2029.
