Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and visually driven Project Coordinator to support executive-level project execution and communications. This role partners closely with project leadership and technical teams to ensure that presentations, reports, and deliverables are clear, accurate, and executive-ready. The Project Coordinator will collaborate with technical leads, engineers, and project managers to gather and align inputs, distill complex technical concepts into concise and visually compelling PowerPoint presentations and reports, and create high-quality graphics, charts, and narratives tailored for senior leadership and external stakeholders. This position serves as a central point of coordination for tracking deadlines, managing deliverables, maintaining organized documentation, and ensuring materials meet high standards of quality and consistency. Additionally, the role supports executive meetings and project reviews by preparing materials, facilitating communication across cross-functional teams, and helping ensure alignment, timely follow-ups, and successful delivery of key project outputs in a fast-paced environment. This is on-site 5 days a week with a salary ranging form 70-80K. Skills and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, Art/Design, or a related field (technical exposure is a plus but not required). Experience supporting project teams, executives, or cross-functional initiatives in a coordination or communications role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with a proven ability to create polished, executive-ready materials. Exceptional ability to simplify and communicate complex or technical information. Strong visual design skills, including the ability to create effective graphics, charts, and layouts. Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams.
