As we continue to grow, we're looking for a skilled Project Manager who shares our commitment to professionalism, customer‑first service, and technical excellence. Job Summary The HVAC & Plumbing Project Manager oversees residential and light‑commercial mechanical projects from planning through completion. This role coordinates technicians, subcontractors, materials, and customer communication to ensure every project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to Hi‑Tech's quality standards. Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and manage HVAC and plumbing projects from start to finish Review scopes, drawings, and customer requirements to build accurate project plans Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and inspections Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the project Provide clear, proactive communication on timelines, progress, and changes Conduct jobsite visits to ensure quality, safety, and code compliance Support field teams with troubleshooting and technical guidance Track labor, materials, and costs to keep projects on budget Approve purchase orders, change orders, and invoices Maintain organized project documentation and weekly progress reports Uphold Hi‑Tech's standards for integrity, transparency, and customer satisfaction Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical project management Strong understanding of residential and light‑commercial mechanical systems Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications Proven leadership skills with technicians and subcontractors Excellent communication and customer‑service skills Strong organizational and time‑management abilities Valid driver's license and clean driving record Preferred Qualifications Journeyman or Master HVAC or Plumbing license Experience with estimating, takeoffs, or job costing OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification Familiarity with Albuquerque mechanical codes and climate considerations
