This is a field-based role focused on scheduling jobs, communicating with customers and painters, attending project kickoffs, troubleshooting issues, and helping ensure projects are completed correctly and professionally. About the Opportunity This role is ideal for someone with home services, construction, trades, or field service experience who is organized, professional, and comfortable working independently. Painting experience is helpful but not required. The right person will serve as the main point of contact between customers, painters, and ownership. Key Responsibilities Coordinate painting projects after the sale is completed Attend job kickoffs with customers and painters Walk projects with crews and customers to confirm scope and expectations Schedule jobs and communicate project timing Help determine the right painter or crew for each job Monitor projects during production Troubleshoot issues quickly before they escalate Support painters and help them resolve field questions Ensure jobs are completed correctly and consistently Review and document projects using CompanyCam Take and review final project photos Help close out jobs and identify touch-ups or unfinished details Request Google reviews from customers Post before-and-after photos to social media and Google Business Profile Occasionally collect checks or help with small material runs Help recruit new painters during downtime as needed Compensation Base salary: $50,000-$70,000 depending on experience Bonus opportunities may be available Potential bonuses may be tied to Google reviews, customer satisfaction, margin protection, or issue resolution Laptop provided Company cell phone provided Mileage / gas reimbursement likely Company vehicle may be available in the future as the business grows Schedule and Territory Monday-Friday, typically around 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Some Saturdays may be required based on customer or project needs Sundays avoided as much as possible Field-based role with no physical office Territory includes Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Corrales, Las Lunas, and surrounding areas Santa Fe may be included as the business grows Candidate should be comfortable driving to residential and commercial job sites throughout the area Qualifications Bilingual English / Spanish strongly preferred Home services, construction, trades, or field service experience preferred Painting experience is a plus but not required Strong customer service and communication skills Organized and able to follow deadlines Tech-savvy enough to use CompanyCam, calendars, apps, Excel, and basic systems Professional and presentable in customers' homes Able to work independently without being micromanaged Coachable, humble, and willing to learn the Painter Bros process A truck or field-capable vehicle is helpful but not required Ideal Candidate Profile The right person for this role is: Organized and detail-oriented Customer-focused and professional Calm under pressure Strong at communication and follow-through Comfortable working with both customers and painters Able to solve problems without escalating every small issue Honest about issues and willing to communicate quickly Coachable, humble, and growth-minded Interested in growing with the company long term
