Key Responsibilities:

Lead finance transformation projects from strategy through execution, aligning business objectives with process improvementsPartner cross-functionally to drive finance modernization, including system implementations, shared services optimization, and workflow enhancementsAnalyze current financial processes, identify opportunities for automation, and recommend solutions to maximize efficiency and reduce costsSupport business integration for mergers, acquisitions, and divestituresOversee change management initiatives and provide ongoing training to finance teamsEnsure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements throughout transformation effortsReport progress, outcomes, and ROI to executive leadership

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field (Master's or CPA/CFA a plus)6+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, financial management, or management consultingDeep understanding of finance operations, process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.), and digital transformation best practicesDemonstrated success leading cross-functional project teams in a dynamic environmentExceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skillsExperience with ERP implementations and financial systems preferredWhy Join Our Client?
