Join Tresco as a Project Manager and take the lead in shaping essential custodial and grounds services across Southeastern New Mexico. Your Mission As Project Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of custodial and grounds maintenance contracts across Las Cruces, Anthony, ABQ and Eastern NM. You'll ensure services are delivered with excellence—on time, on budget, and in full compliance with contract requirements and regulatory standards. This is more than a management role—it's an opportunity to lead teams, build partnerships, and elevate service quality across an entire region. What You'll Do Leadership & Team Development Supervise, mentor, and evaluate staff to build high-performing, motivated teams Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and teamwork Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback Operations & Contract Management Oversee custodial and grounds services including mowing, landscaping, and facility maintenance Manage schedules, staffing plans, and service delivery to meet contract expectations Monitor budgets, control costs, and track expenditures Client & Community Engagement Build strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and community partners Lead weekly client meetings to ensure satisfaction and address needs proactively Support recruitment efforts through local partnerships Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure adherence to OSHA, federal, state, and local regulations Maintain high standards of safety, service quality, and operational efficiency Step in to perform operational tasks when needed to ensure coverage What You Bring Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in a related field 3+ years managing custodial/grounds operations (including budgeting and scheduling) 3+ years in a supervisory or leadership role Equivalent combination of education and experience considered Certifications & Requirements Valid Driver's License (travel required across the region) Ability to pass required background checks, including: General background screening
