The Opportunity:
You will spearhead high-consequence projects ranging from test facilities to historical renovations, and educational facilities. As a Project Manager, you are empowered to "build the box" while having the creative freedom to work outside of it to solve unique structural challenges. You will be the primary architect of project success, ensuring our forty-year legacy of quality continues to thrive. How You Will Make an
Impact:
Transform architectural drawings and technical specifications into comprehensive, actionable project budgets and schedules. Execute the issuance of subcontractor agreements and purchase orders to ensure seamless resource alignment. Synchronize workforce planning, material deliveries, and equipment procurement to maintain a rolling three-week forward-looking schedule. Manage the full lifecycle of submittals, project controls, and weekly performance reports to ensure total transparency. Collaborate with Site Superintendents to verify that project sites are prepared for maximum efficiency and workforce safety. Facilitate the final project close-out process, ensuring all client requirements and quality standards are met or exceeded.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in project management. Associate's Degree in Construction Management or a Bachelor's Degree in Business. Advanced proficiency in Procore and the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Project. Proven ability to navigate various project management and complex scheduling software programs. Demonstrated experience in managing subcontractors and large-scale material procurement.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
5 years of dedicated experience specifically in construction project management. Bachelor's Degree in Project Management or Engineering. PMP certification. Experience managing high-complexity projects for government, research, or medical facilities. Strong background in project financial controls and budget oversight.
