Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of surveillance and access control projects with a strong emphasis on technology integration. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and implementation of surveillance camera installations Installation of Access Control & Camera Security Surveillance Develop detailed camera layouts, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones, ensuring alignment with technical requirements. Coordinate with vendors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of surveillance systems Identify and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and performance bottlenecks to optimize project delivery and system performance. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between all parties to ensure project objectives are understood and met.

Qualifications:

Proven experience (3 years) in project management, preferably in the surveillance, security, or IT industry. Access control experience preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and vendors Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Be extremely detail oriented.
