If you've worked in live events, scenic construction, touring productions, theater, themed entertainment, exhibits, trade shows, concerts, or technical production, we want to talk with you. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects, collaborating with clients and production teams, and seeing their work come to life on show site. What You'll Do Manage projects from initial bid through final installation and closeout Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, production companies, technical directors, designers, and event professionals Review drawings and project specifications to develop accurate estimates and budgets Coordinate with our fabrication departments, rental department, and field crews to ensure projects stay on schedule Create and manage work orders, track progress, and monitor project costs Oversee project installations and ensure quality standards are met Manage change orders, client communications, and project documentation Reconcile labor, trucking, rentals, and project expenses upon completion Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities with existing and new clients Preferred Industry Experience Live Events Corporate Events Scenic Fabrication Theater Production Trade Shows & Exhibits Experiential Marketing Themed Entertainment Production Management Technical Direction Qualifications Strong understanding of theatrical or scenic construction practices Experience reading plans and specifications Ability to perform material takeoffs and develop project budgets Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Experience with Vectorworks is highly preferred Knowledge of scenery automation is a plus Previous field installation or show-site experience is highly desirable You'll work alongside a talented team of fabricators, craftsmen, project managers, and event professionals who are passionate about building exceptional experiences. Additional Information Full-time position Full benefit package Standard schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Occasional travel required Compensation Competitive salary based on experience.
