As a full-service general contractor specializing in insurance restoration, we rely on our Project Managers to guide homeowners through the restoration process and oversee trade work from start to finish. The Role As a Project Manager , you will oversee the entire project lifecycle to ensure successful completion and client satisfaction. This is an ideal position for a construction professional who is eager to grow within project management and wants to be part of a team that takes quality seriously. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits, create scope estimates using Xactimate, and manage the estimate review and approval process
- Proactively communicate with customers regarding project status throughout the job
- Coordinate material selections, verify permit requirements, and schedule jobs with vendors and subcontractors
- Attend the first day of each job and monitor progress, budget, and field issues throughout
- Process change orders and keep Accounting informed at each stage of the project
- Complete DASH compliance tasks and ensure all open items are accurate for final invoicing and job closure Required Qualifications
- Relevant management experience in residential and/or commercial construction or insurance restoration (2 years)
- Proficiency with Xactimate estimating software
- OSHA 10 Card (minimum)
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Ability to read plans, manage schedules, and meet project timelines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Reliable truck in good operating order
- Must be able to provide employment history and references to verify experience Preferred Qualifications
