Full Job Description Job Title:
Field Project Coordinator We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Field Project Coordinator to assist with overseeing ongoing projects and coordinating on-site activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting project sites, communicating with workers and subcontractors, monitoring project progress, and providing updates to management. Responsibilities Visit assigned project sites as needed Coordinate with contractors, installers, vendors, and workers on-site Follow up on project progress and timelines Ensure work is being carried out according to instructions and expectations Report updates, delays, issues, or concerns to management Take site photos/videos and provide daily or weekly progress reports Assist with scheduling and site logistics when necessary Help maintain professional communication between clients, workers, and management Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good organizational and time-management abilities Ability to work independently and follow instructions Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to project sites A basic understanding of construction/project environments is an advantage Ability to use WhatsApp, email, and basic reporting tools Professional attitude and problem-solving skills Standard tools are required. Labor skills, specifically driving and operating heavy machinery. Preferred Qualifications At least 5 years of experience experience in construction coordination, project coordination, site supervision, or related roles Familiarity with handling subcontractors and on-site teams Ability to manage multiple projects or site visits Work Schedule Part-time/flexible hours based on project needs Some travel between project locations may be required
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
