$45/hr to $50/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. The Project Manager, External Manufacturing (EM), independently leads complex, high?visibility projects within the EM Strategy & Operational Excellence portfolio. This role requires a seasoned project leader who can operate with minimal oversight, drive clarity in ambiguous environments, and influence cross?functional stakeholders to achieve critical program outcomes. The PM proactively anticipates risks, accelerates decision?making, and ensures transparent communication across all levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Execution Independently lead multiple high?impact External Manufacturing projects, ensuring alignment with EM strategic priorities. Build, maintain, and execute robust project plans, roadmaps, and reporting mechanisms to drive program delivery with accuracy and accountability.
