Work Setting:
100% of the time at the Client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client. Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.
Required:
Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Avon, NY (required); Experience with project management of energy infrastructure projects, including action punchlist completion and close-out activities; Experience with root cause analysis (RCA) processes and cross-functional engineering team coordination; Experience with contract administration and multi-departmental project execution; Experience with cost management, scheduling, and time management on large-scale capital projects;
Valid Driver's License Preferred:
Experience with power generation or energy storage project management; Experience with commissioning and start-up of energy generation facilities; Experience with regulatory agency coordination at local, national, or international level; Experience with substation and generation tie design integration; Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification; Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Complete action punchlist items and drive closure of outstanding project deliverables; Lead cross-functional teams including engineers to conduct root cause analyses (RCAs) and implement corrective actions; Manage all project-associated departments (Development, BM, PC, Engineering, ISC, etc.) during field execution phase; Oversee cost management, time management, quality, and schedule compliance across projects ranging from $200M to $1.5B; Lead commissioning, start-up, and operations readiness activities for energy generation facilities; Act as corporate liaison with local, national, and international regulatory agencies during project execution; Manage safety programs, contract administration, and public relations at the site and community level; Why apply?
