Job Description:
Role Overview Supports fast-paced data center builds, infrastructure deployments, or migrations by coordinating cross-functional teams (IT, Network, Facilities) and managing project timelines. Requires 2-5 years of experience in data center environments or construction.
Key Responsibilities Coordination & Scheduling:
Maintains project plans, schedules, and RAID logs, ensuring alignment across teams.
Documentation, Procurement & Vendor Management :
Manages project documentation (RFI's, submittals, change orders), tracks equipment delivery (Racks, Servers, Power), and manages relationships with vendors.
Reporting & Risk :
Monitors budgets and prepares status reports, while proactively mitigating bottlenecks.
Site Support:
Coordinates on-site activities like walkthroughs and commissioning.
Required Qualifications Experience:
2-5 years in project coordination within technical, data center, or mission-critical environments.
Technical Familiarity:
Knowledge of IT equipment, UPS, and cooling systems.
Tools:
Proficiency in tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or Confluence. Some AI tools preferably Claude.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering (or equivalent experience).
PMP/CAPM
certification and experience with ITIL Strong collaborative, proactive, and safety-focused mindset.
