Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead our project initiatives and ensure successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Lean Six Sigma, with proven experience in managing complex projects across various sectors. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively coordinate teams and resources while driving continuous improvement. Responsibilities Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans that outline tasks, timelines, and resource allocation. Manage the project lifecycle from initiation through execution to closure. Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project goals. Implement change management processes to address evolving project needs. Conduct root cause analysis for issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Oversee team management activities including performance evaluations and conflict resolution. Utilize project management software such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project for tracking progress. Ensure adherence to quality management standards throughout the project. Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders for effective vendor management. Monitor project budgets and control costs effectively while ensuring resource optimization. Apply earned value management techniques to assess project performance against planned objectives. Utilize data analysis skills for informed decision-making throughout the project. Experience Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of the project management lifecycle. Familiarity with various project management methodologies including PMBOK, Agile (SAFe), Lean Six Sigma, Kanban, and Waterfall. Demonstrated ability in program development and program management with a focus on process improvement (Kaizen). Experience in business process modeling, requirements gathering, and requirements analysis. Strong supervisory experience with a focus on team leadership and conflict management. Proficiency in using PPM tools like Smartsheet or Primavera P6 for effective project coordination. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences. Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on time management and risk management.
