Job Description:
G. DeVincentis & Son Construction Co., Inc. is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team in the Binghamton, NY area. This position is responsible for running heavy/highway and underground utility projects from award through completion, working closely with ownership, estimating, and field superintendents. Pay is based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage projects from contract award through completion and closeout Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and job cost tracking Procure materials and subcontractors; issue and manage purchase orders and subcontracts Handle submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications Coordinate with owners, engineers, municipalities, and inspectors Work with superintendents to plan crews, equipment, and daily field operations Monitor job costs against estimates and report status to ownership Must have knowledge of sewer and water Familiarity with
NYSDOT / PENNDOT
a plus
