Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Coordinator to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as the backbone of project execution, ensuring seamless communication, efficient workflow, and timely delivery of project milestones. Your meticulous attention to detail will drive project success from inception to completion. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about coordinating diverse tasks, supporting teams, and contributing to impactful projects in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Provides administrative support to Project Managers and the sales department Issue quotes and process orders, and do regular follow-up to determine the status of bids Manage quote databases, to ensure it is accurate and current. Maintain department databases, including project folders and data stored in the company's ERP system. Support Project Managers during quotation, order entry, approval and release and project delivery as needed. Enter sales orders , accurately input purchase orders within 24 hours of receiving them, schedule drawings with engineering related to project approval and release Analyze project documents, including architectural drawings and specifications related to Litelab scope. Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure data integrity during quoting, order entry, project approval and release. Update orders at time of release to capture complete project scope and product mix. Handle all administrative duties for the sales department to include data entry and customer service. Provide break-outs of part manifests based on engineering documents for quotation and order entry Education & Requirements Associate's degree with 3-5 years of experience or a combination of education and proven experience working in Sales or other administrative role.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, with strong knowledge of data entry procedures and product knowledge
  • Have strong professional conversation etiquette, both in person and over the phone when interacting with company representatives, clients and customers
  • Willingness to assume responsibility for accuracy of work performed
  • Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple project requests and complete tasks efficiently and on time
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn ERP System
  • Basic Math skills
  • Willingness to accept new challenges within the sales department
Pay:
$25.00 - $29.00 per hour
