Job Description

Paint Now WNY is looking for a strong Project Manager / Operations Leader to help run high-end residential repaint projects across Western New York. This is NOT an office babysitting position.
We need someone who can:
lead crews manage schedules maintain high standards solve problems fast communicate professionally keep jobs moving efficiently You must be: organized assertive detail-oriented calm under pressure dependable capable of leading people Responsibilities include: managing multiple residential repaint projects coordinating crews and schedules quality control walkthroughs customer communication material coordination keeping projects on timeline maintaining Paint Now WNY standards
Requirements:
leadership experience required construction or trades management experience preferred strong communication skills reliable transportation ability to hold crews accountable ability to move fast and stay organized This is a growth opportunity for someone serious about leadership, operations, and building something strong long term.
