Project Manager - Sports Stadium Infrastructure Buffalo Bills Stadium Project | Orchard Park, NY | ???? Full-Time We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to support the delivery of a landmark NFL stadium development for the Buffalo Bills. This is a high-profile, fast-paced construction environment requiring proven experience delivering large-scale sports or complex infrastructure projects from preconstruction through to handover. You will be responsible for managing key work packages across a major stadium build within MEP, and fit-out. This is a multi-billion-dollar, high-complexity programme with strict safety, sequencing, and delivery requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead delivery of major stadium construction packages from preconstruction to completion Manage programme, cost control, risk, and change across multiple workstreams Coordinate with contractors and trade partners in a high-density site environment Drive planning, sequencing, and critical path performance (P6 / MS Project) Ensure strong HSE compliance across all site operations Lead stakeholder engagement (client, consultants, design teams, authorities) Oversee commissioning, testing, and phased handover strategy Manage logistics for complex, multi-phase construction delivery Relevant Project Experience. Applicants should have delivered one or more of the following:

NFL / MLB / MLS / NCAA

stadium builds or expansions Large sports arenas or entertainment venues Airports, rail hubs, or major civic infrastructure Mega-projects (£500M-£1B+) with complex sequencing and phased delivery High-density MEP integration and systems-heavy environments Technical Exposure Electrical construction understanding within stadium project builds. Stadium bowl, hospitality suites, and premium fit-outs High-capacity MEP systems (power, HVAC, fire, life safety) Broadcast, security, and integrated technology systems Phased handover / live environment readiness planning What We're Looking For 10-20+ years in construction project management Proven experience on large-scale infrastructure or stadium builds Strong commercial and contractual awareness Excellent leadership across multidisciplinary delivery teams Ability to operate in fast-track, high-pressure environments Degree-qualified (Construction / Engineering) Ideal Background - Candidates who have delivered landmark venues such as major US or international stadium developments. ???? 646-396-5018 ???? tom.nicholls@metric-search.com
