Job Description

Job Title:
Project Coordinator Position Overview The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of projects by efficiently managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This position requires exceptional multitasking abilities to coordinate various stakeholders and drive successful project delivery that meets established criteria within a structured deadline and budget. By monitoring activities, deadlines, and budgets, the Project Coordinator enables clients to maximize their return on investment from products and services.
Responsibilities Project Management:
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously. Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communications. Ensure alignment of project objectives with company goals and client expectations with a strong focus on quality. Recommend and implement best practices for continuous improvement with direction from PMO Team Lead.
Customer Needs Acumen:
Listen to the customer and provide tailored solutions by converting customer needs into actionable project deliverables that drive sales and revenue growth. Nurture customer relationships by understanding their goals and ensuring the company's solutions address their requirements effectively, fostering trust and encouraging repeat business. Escalate any issues to resolution internally to PMO Team Lead.
Project Monitoring and Reporting:
Collaborate with the PMO Team Lead in activity planning and track projects in NAV, and Celoxis. Meet deadlines, budgets, and resources allocation to ensure successful delivery. Create and present regular project status reports to PMO Team Lead and stakeholders, highlighting risks, profitability, and achievements.
Continuous Process Improvement & Quality Assurance:
Ensure the quality of solutions and deliverables meet or exceed standards while adhering to delivery deadlines. Identify, recommend and implement best practices to enhance project management efficiency and effectiveness in coordination with PMO, Team Lead. Expertise with

Document and communicate reports, key performance indicators, and other tracking elements to ensure project transparency and progress visibility using NAV and Celoxis.
Requirements Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in project management. Proven track record of managing multiple complex, cross-functional projects.
Competencies:
Proficiency in project management tools and CRM tools. Familiarity with CRM tools such as NAV and Celoxis are preferred. Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. Proactive approach with exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. Strong analytical skills to assess project performance and make data-driven decisions. Adaptable to changing priorities and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency. Ability to work rapidly on several projects simultaneously. Commitment to fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Communication Skills:
